Bear Roots Forest CSA is a quarterly box of herbal medicines, created for the needs of each season, to help keep you balanced and healthy throughout the year.
Each Winter Herb Box will include a hot cacao medicinal mushroom mix, smoked seasoning salt, and an beautiful woodland card created by Sarah Duggan.
HOT CACAO MUSHROOM MIX– Cacao, Lucuma, Coconut milk powder, Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris), Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
SMOKED SEASONING SALT- Smoked sea salt, smoked garlic + smoked paprika
You can also choose a cold pressed botanical soap, a forest hydrosol, one relaxation and one winter wellness product from the choices below.
HERB SOAPS:
Fresh & DandyΒ – a blend of Dandelion, Lavender & Pine
Forest GlowΒ – a blend of Calendula, Lemon Balm, Spruce & Fir
Restore + Refresh– a blend of Rose, Lavender, Wintergreen & Peppermint
*We use plants that we grow or wildcraft for the powdered herbs, infused oils as well as for the distillation process of the essentials oils and hydrosols that are used in the soap making process.
FOREST HYDROSOL:
Cedar- Promotes relaxation, reduces stress, natural air freshener, soothes irritated skin, natural astringent, and promotes healthy hair growth, and clears stale energy.
Balsam Fir- ‘the smell of Christmas’, Purify and cleanse indoor air, can relieve muscle aches & pains, relieves Seasonal Affective Disorder, recommended for oily & acne-prone skin providing astringent, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
*The hydrosols come in a 4oz plastic, BPA free bottle.
