It can also be sprayed on your pet to deter fleas and ticks.
About Sage Hydrosol: Sage hydrosol is anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial action helps to eliminate many skin problems such as herpes zoster, chickenpox, eczema, hemorrhoids, acn, insect bites and so on. Thanks to its favorable pH factor, it forms a protective layer that protects the skin from harmful environmental effects, making it smooth and soft to the touch. Gently tightens the skin, reduces wrinkles and gives the skin a youthful appearance. Stimulates microcirculation of the skin, promotes its accelerated regeneration. Hydrosol from sage is an great stimulator and a cleaner of the lymph. Therefore, it is recommended, especially when we are sick, to massage hydrosol on lymph nodes because they accumulate various bacteria, viruses and toxins and sage hydrosol helps in their neutralization.
For the winter months, you will receive your hydrosol in a BPA-free plastic bottle with a spray pump.
About Hydrosols: Hydrosols contain all of the essence of the plant like essential oils but in a milder form. The word hydrosol, ‘hydro’ water and ‘sol’ solution means water solution and refers to the fact that a hydrosol is water containing plant molecules, it is produced alongside essential oil in the process of steam distillation. This makes them suitable for applications where essential oils may be too strong. Try hydrosols as a facial splash, body perfume, deodorant or air freshener. Hydrosols can be blended in most bath products and freshens up laundry water.
All Bear Roots Forest hydrosols are steam distilled in small batches with a copper still using plants grown or wildcrafted on our farm.
