Contains: Linden (Tilia cordata), Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Rose Petals (Rosa spp.), Rosehips (Rosa spp.),Β Nettle (Urtica dioica), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Use 1 teaspoon of the blend to 1 cup of water. Add herbs and steep for about 10-15 minutes. Strain into your favorite mug. Then enjoy!
