COMMUNITY HERBALIST PROGRAM
Engaging with nature allows us to deeply nourish and enhance the health of our body, mind and spirit in ways that are life supportive and regenerative. Plants communicate with us in healing and energetic ways that bring us a sense of place and knowing. They gently lead our bodies into balance through our natural affinity for plant medicine that has spanned thousands of years.
Deepening your understanding of the important role that plant medicine can play in your journey to optimal health will allow you to bring your own body into balance as well as those in your community.
Learning through experiences with the plants that are growing around you creates an elemental connection to your surroundings. By cultivating and understanding this sense of place and how it relates to your wellness path you will begin to grow where you are ‘planted’.
The COMMUNITY HERBALIST program is a year long program that will lead you through a transformative journey as you discover the healing benefits that herbs and nutrition have on the body systems. This program will provide you with knowledge and tools you need to bring the body into balance.
